Evaluation

We implement monitoring and evaluation of both practice- and research oriented programmes and projects of public or private institutions. In the sphere of action monitoring and evaluation, the effectiveness and sustainability of projects and programmes is systematically assessed. Our evaluation reports serve as a solid basis for strategic readjustments and goal-oriented improvements, as well as the documentation with respect to the third party. 

Project management and participation/cooperation

We take over the project management of particular activities or their implementation in the scientific or practice-oriented projects.
