Policy Advice and Project Consulting

Sozialfabrik e.V. offers policy advice for governmental institutions and municipalities, as well as for companies, foundations and associations. Furthermore, we overtake and assist the conceptual development, implementation and evaluation of programmes, projects and actions. The policy advice and project consulting focus on the areas of migration and minorities, sexual and reproductive health and rights, equal treatment and social inclusion of disadvantaged groups. The basis of our consulting activities is the research and analysis of target group, general conditions, direct and indirect stakeholders, of anticipated results and their potential impact on the target group.
